The 12th Annual Daniel Pearl Day of Music will be will be held in Taipei on Saturday, October 26. The event celebrates the life of the Wall Street Journal reporter who gave his life in the line of duty. To commemorate his life, and what would have been his 50th birthday this year, friends around the world have come together to celebrate the ideals of “Harmony for Humanity.” The annual series of concerts has grown to events in 129 countries, and more than 10,000 performances around the world. Taipei is proud to host the free musical event which will be held at the Taipei Hakka Cultural Park from 2-10PM.
