Meeting by chance in Taiwan Fao (Colombia), Marko (Serbia) and Nicolas (France), created "La Cumbia Balkanska" in 2012, to put some fire grooves into the Taipei music scene. Mixing traditional Balkan and Cumbia (Colombia) Music, and creating a special atmosphere that makes the audience dance and dream. Since June 2012 LCB has been playing in various festivals and live houses in Taiwan, including the cities of Hualian, Gaoxiong, Tainan and Taipei. Being part of the Daniel Pearl festival 2012 and Bob Log III festival 2013, and touring Japan 2013!

Singing in 8 languages, deep, romantic and sometimes psychedelic slow Latin motion of the Cumbia grooves and fiery explosions of the fast and punchy Balkan rhythms, full power live music that will make vibrate every cell in your body.

La Cumbia Balkanska是成立於2012年的新樂團，並由七個成員所組成。

Marko 杜馬克來自於塞爾維亞(主唱與吉他)、Nicolas來自於法國(小號)、Fao來自於哥倫比亞(打擊)、Pierre來自於法國(爵士鼓)、Carol來自於瓜地馬拉(貝斯)，Andy來自於美國(長號)、Alicia林亞蒨來自於台灣(打擊)

團員們專注於詞曲創作，歌曲結合了法文、塞爾維亞文、西班牙文、吉普賽文、義大利文等語言，灌入歐洲與拉丁美洲元素，以創新手法詮釋出結合傳統巴爾幹與"Cumbia"哥倫比亞傳統的音樂，傳達出活潑愉悅的氣息，喚醒全身舞動細胞，試圖帶給台灣聽眾不一樣的感官新體驗

成團期間，經常在台灣各地區展演，表演經歷相當豐富，像是酒吧、藝術村、展演中心等.
