火燒島

於2011年由五個在台南土生土長的少年囝仔組成，成軍短短一年多踏遍國內大小live house，並受邀大港開唱、春天吶喊等知名音樂祭。火燒島的作品內容以充滿南部氣口的台語嘶吼搭配直爽的重金屬riff，加上節奏感強烈的鼓點以及壓迫感十足的Bassline，形成一種獨特的南方口味，創作則以針對社會議題為主幹，揉合了憤恨的情緒、大量的疑惑以及對於未知事物的警戒，並透過豐富譬喻的方式，時而口語、時而詩韻如囈語般的歌詞背後隱藏著巨大的想像空間，堆砌在感受直接強烈的重金屬音樂之中更加地耐人尋味。

Stench of Lust is a four-piece grind/powerviolence/crust band from Taipei City, Taiwan, comprised of current and ex-members of Consider the Meek, Revilement, and Selfish Sucker. Blasting through a thick, sludgy mix of early Napalm Death, Charles Bronson, Infest, and Disgust, Stench of Lust's songs are short, immediate bursts of unhinged rage at a world hurtling towards a timely end.
