The Okay Cars formed after the founding members met in an all night pick-up club in the suburbs of Taipei, which in fact don't exist. There seemed to be better things to accomplish than watching lasers coagulate in the corners of dark rooms at 8am while fish mongers flopped the fish of the day across the alleys outside, so instruments met and older patterns of making stuff filled in
