The String Bean Party takes a platform of old-time musical traditions by harmonizing, picking, strumming, and plucking a mix of folk, bluegrass, country-western, ragtime and early jazz & blues . Party members include Jared Rust on guitar, ukulele, and vocals, and Serena Engel on cello and vocals.

The Red Cliff is an acoustic Trio based in Taipei, Taiwan. songwriter extrodinaire duo Mark Darvill and Caleb Cole met in the cruel winter of 2009 and have recently recruited the drumming services of Moshe Foster (Blind Acid Date, High Tide). The result is an at times melodic, at times frenetic blend of folk and alt-rock. Audiences have been known to leave shows feeling satisfied, contemplative or just downright quixotic.
