Formed in late Autumn in 2011, Swirrl is a post-rock/post-metal band from Taipei, comprising 張趙、Cory, Billy, 鹿, and Ryan. Initially, the band were inspired by pure post-rockers like Mono and EITS. However, after a year-long suspension, they decided to take a more aggressive and socially/politically aware approach.
