[詩王爭霸/Once Upon a Rhyme] - Hip-Hop PARTY

「詩王爭霸」，是一群奇葩饒舌歌手為顯示自己說唱之神威而辦的活動。這群怪咖之間的友情都是在這些音樂上建立的。因此，本活動除了是給眾怪咖們一個裝屄和奮武揚威的機會，使弱者神速陽痿的歡樂場合以外，更是個充滿友情和良性競爭的聚會。我們雖是怪胎，但我們是有愛心的善良怪胎，於是我們打算透過演出跟大眾分享這給我們帶來無限歡樂的嘻哈。

當天的演出者包括詐騙集團闌尾雙煞、台大嘻研社「現役大學生」八八男、「來自中正區 na'm sayin'」的蛋頭、狂「野」的鍾翔宇、身在台灣西岸卻自以為來自美國西岸的小賴、海龜 BeachBoyz 和 JackTheBaller、來自台大嘻研社的約炮之神 MC RK 和優秀的 DJ Kool Klone。活動詳情請見以下資料：

No page for a music event in Taiwan is complete without an English description that no one is likely to read. As such, I've included a translation to show my respect for local customs and be the fucking smartass that I can be. "Once Upon a Rhyme" was organized as a get-together among friends who regularly write and produce hip-hop music. Hip-hop is our means of communicating our ideas and emotions to whoever is willing to listen and has also played an important role in our social lives. None of us would have ever met each other had it not been for our shared interest in listening to and creating hip-hop music. Our goal for the event is therefore simply to have fun and spread positive vibes to the crowd; the same good vibes that brought all of us from diverse backgrounds together in the first place.

The event will take place on Wednesday, January 14th, 2015 in Revolver, which is located near Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall. Doors open at 9:30 PM and acts begin at 10. We anticipate the party to last for approximately three hours, so plan to leave at around 1AM if you want to hear everyone perform. Did I mention that tickets are only NT$300 and include a drink?
