Good people of Formosa,

The end is almost here: Godswounds final performance will take place on 01/02 at Underworld with our good friends, The Tic Tac.
It will be a memorable set featuring traditional Taiwanese folk songs intermingled with our usual melee of angular electronic madness. It is perhaps our final chance to show our gratitude for the amazing generosity you have all shown us and in some cases our last chance to say goodbye before we head into the tempestuous unknowns of Japan. The set will also be the first performance featuring our new recruit, Jeff "Spoon&Straw" Stoddard of local Power Electronics behemoth, Roughhausen, on guitar who will be touring with us on our Nihonga leg. Jeff is an utter mofo and his take on some of our pansy-leaning songs is not to be missed. It will also be the last time in a while that we'll be playing with the gallant, mysterious and talented Joe Lee, who shall be keeping the antipodean spirit here in our absence.

I hope you all can make it, it would be fantastic to see you there at quite possibly our favourite Taiwanese venue. This could be our last show here in quite some time and it would be great to see all our friends in the audience before we head on our way.
