這是一個偶然又奇妙的組合，2007 年原屬在台北獨立音樂圈名噪一時的【白修女】樂團秘魯籍貝司手 Miguel，與美國籍的吉他手 Ken，在【白修女】解散後找上了原屬【亂彈】樂團的鼓手同志與【刺客】樂團的吉他手楊周要再合組樂團，同志力邀周杰倫專屬舞者及專業編舞老師 Charlene 與 Hugo Boss 的男模特兒南非籍的 Nico，兩位一男一女主唱的加入，【筋斗雲】這部奇妙的交通工具降落台北的 Live House 演出，立即引起樂團圈的一陣騷動，騷動其來有至， 因為搖滾音樂圈帶來了的革命正式啟動。

【筋斗雲】的音樂導引出的創作革命亦將無庸置疑，我們無法將它歸類為哪一種音樂形態，也很難界定其音樂風格，基本上時尚；都會；搖滾是本質，佐以電子；動感與 Rap 融合出獨特的流行元素。

【筋斗雲】的首張同名專輯已在 2009/11/24 正式推出市場，傾洩而出的爆炸性旋律，把聆聽的快感隨著音樂的律動躍然音場，華麗的造型加上流暢的編曲，這樣的【筋斗雲】將台灣流行音樂的多元風格又推向另一個紀元。
