Ready for house explosion? Bass Kitchen and Cliché Records, two groups responsible for the current house music invasion in Hong Kong and Taipei, are teaming up for the first time to offer you something fresher and edgier than ever before. After bringing iconic artists to Asia, such as Breakbot, Move D, Aeroplane, Levon Vincent or Gerd Janson, BK and Cliché have come together to invite WOLF Music’s Greymatter.

WOLF Music has been gathering huge attention in the UK and internationally after bringing in the spotlight some of the main names of the current house music renaissance, including Bicep, Medlar, Session Victim or Detroit Swindle. The label has been bombarding the UK house scene with killer deep house EPs, heavily influenced by modern day R&B and hip-hop as well as classic funk & jazz elements.

As an artist, Greymatter is one of the three original resident producers of WOLF Music, alongside his brother KRL and Medlar. His unique mixture of disco, house, funk and soul is showcased on his several EPs for the label, as well as on his recent « Visions » LP, a release that perfectly encapsulates the essence of what WOLF Music represents today.

A perfect fit for the nascent collaboration of Bass Kitchen & Cliché Records, Greymatter will deliver the type of epic deep house night that personifies the new identities of Taipei & Hong Kong’s underground night scene.
