Sappho Instant is the musical equivalent of instant noodles: you can easily sit down and enjoy it quickly, but the ingredients actually came from all over the world. The group, led by the pianist and udon noodle player Matthew James Fullen, plays a mix of standards, classic, contemporary jazz, and offers a variety of seasonings including pork, beef, vegetarian, and seafood.
