The Aristocrats

由吉他手Guthrie Govan，Bass手Bryan Beller，及鼓手Marco Minnemann所組成的“The Aristocrats”，是21世紀迄今最強的「跨國融合爵士/演奏搖滾超級樂團」。三位成員在各自的領域早已夙負盛名，深厚的超技演奏功力，也讓他們成為眾多音樂家爭相合作的對象、樂器雜誌專欄討論及代言的常客。
“The Aristocrats”一字表面上指的是古希臘時代的權貴政治體制，但也是脫口秀界著名的隱晦笑哏。以具有如此暗喻意義的字眼為名，在他們的音樂中也同樣的可以感受到在超人般的速度、技巧、默契、編排及演奏中隱含的深度幽默。
河岸留言將於2014年8月10日（日）邀請The Aristocrats來台，於河岸留言西門紅樓展演館演出；三位樂手也將在晚間正式演出前，為樂迷舉行一場樂團講座。有別於過去單一講師的形式，這場講座是河岸留言首次邀請演出者以完整編制進行講座，對於樂迷來說將是全新的體驗。

The Aristocrats is a rock supergroup formed in 2011. The band consists of Guthrie Govan, Bryan Beller, and Marco Minnemann. The group name is inspired by the venerable Aristocrats joke and consequently the song titles on the progressive rock compilation are rife with salacious double-entendres.

Guthrie Govan is an English guitarist and instructor, known for his work with the bands The Aristocrats, Asia (2001–2006), GPS, The Young Punx and The Fellowship as well as Erotic Cakes (a vehicle for his own music).
Bryan Beller is an American bass guitarist known for his work with Dethklok, Mike Keneally, Steve Vai, James LaBrie of Dream Theater, Dweezil Zappa and The Aristocrats.
Marco Minnemann is a German drummer, composer and multi-instrumentalist. He lives in San Diego, California.
