Two amazing bands take the stage, starting with The Red Cliff, then followed by Tricolor Treeleaf.

Blind Acid Date

Blind Acid Date is the brainchild of artist Nathan Javens. It’s a musical project led by warm vocals and haunting harmonies. The band weaves psychedelic distortion and reverb laden guitars together as though the Ventures and Syd Barret had joined forces. The band was formed in Taipei in 2012.

The current lineup consists of:

Thom Squires - bass

Moshe Foster - guitar

Jon Snowdon - drums

Blind Acid Date released their first self produced EP in the spring of 2013. The band’s first full length album, One Hand Free will be released spring of 2014.

Tricolor Treeleaf

A fusion of French and English songwriting with weaving harmonies and captivating melodies.

Formed in Taipei, Taiwan, through a mutual love of music and melody.

Three foreign females spanning Britain, the USA, and France have formed to bring you a fusion of French and English songwriting with weaving harmonies, captivating melodies, and instrumental experiments. Combining their different cultural backgrounds and musical influences, they create a fresh melodic indie/folk sound that stays with you well beyond the final harmony.

The Red Cliff

The Red Cliff are a rock/folk/jazz group comprised of two central members, Mark Darvill (vocals, guitar) and Caleb Cole (vocals, bass, and guitar) from England and the United States respectively. Formed shortly after their arrival to Taiwan in 2009, the Red Cliff incorporate elements of Rock and Roll, English and American folk, Jazz and Funk music. The Red Cliff feature numerous original songs with driving melodies and technical instrumentation. Veterans of Rock in their own countries, the Red Cliff are poised to dazzle the Taiwanese music scene with frequent regularity.
