DJ Rasp knocked it out of the park last week with his skills and old-school hip-hop and all the DJs played great sets and people felt it even during the hardcore pouring down rain.
上個禮拜的DJ Rasp帶來跌破眼鏡的精妙技藝和Ｏｌｄ　Ｓｃｈｏｏｌ嘻哈歌單，以及當天DJ群的超讚音樂，顛覆了每個人在雨中開趴的經驗，直達派對high感最高層。

We are hoping for some sunshine this weekend because it can’t be three weeks in a row, right? We have a special treat this time as we trade in (most of) the DJs for a top-notch line up of bands.

We are music lovers from around the world that met by chance in Taipei, Taiwan around 2012.

"The Cumbia From The Sun" is the name we choose because we play Cumbia, which is part of the traditional music from Colombia, South America, mixed with lots of genres from around the world (wherever the sun goes). So far, We have been composing music using cumbia grooves with Gypsy Music (Balkan, Klezmer), Arabic music (Egyptian), Reggae, afro-latin, Ska and many more...!

我們將樂團命名為「來自太陽的Cumbia」。因為我們玩的音樂不僅只是單純傳統的南美Cumbia，同時也結合了來自世界各地不同種類的音樂元素。其範圍涵蓋廣閾，猶如太陽：光耀灑落遍及廣域大地。
迄今，我們運用Cumbia的節奏，同時結合Balkan, Klezmer, Arabic (Egyptian), Reggae, Afro-Latin, Ska等旋律進行編曲， 也將繼續創造更多可能性...！

Somos una banda creada en Taipei, Taiwan.

La mitad de la banda se formó en 2012 bajo otro nombre y en el 2013 cambió a La Cumbia del Sol.

La Cumbia es uno de los ritmos tradicionales de Colombia, ahora muy popular en Europa y America (Hasta en Japón!). Es por eso que queremos compartirla en esta parte de Asia.

No tocamos sólo la cumbia en su forma tradicional, le ponemos unas pizcas de Reggae bien profundo y unos Saltillos balcánicos. Cada miembro de la banda le pone un sabor a esta fanfarria.

By incorporating samples and elements of Electro, House and DnB into their live show KID MILLIONAIRE has quickly become one of the most talked about bands in town. Call it DANCE-ROCK, ELECTRO-POP or anything else, one things for sure....you're going to dance.
現場演唱會 截取流行片段 融合 Electro, House 和DnB曲風 KID MILLIONAIRE已迅速成為當前最夯的流行樂團。有人覺得她們的音樂屬於DANCE-ROCK，也有人覺得他們屬於ELECTRO-POP，但毋庸 置疑的是她們的音樂讓每個人都會跳舞。

DJ Marcus Aurelius 馬克思 Before, between and after the bands, Marcus Aurelius will spin a blender full of hip-hop, funk, soul, dancehall, reggae, house, trap, twerk, and maybe even some 80s TV theme show songs if you ask nicely. Aurelius’ goal is to be the soundtrack to fun.

DJ Marcus 將在樂團表演前後為大家帶來嘻哈﹑放客、靈魂﹑Dancehall﹑雷鬼﹑浩室、Trap、Twerk的一大串精華混音，甚至可以帶給我們一點80年代的 暢銷曲（如果我們表現好的話），馬克思希望歡樂就是他的代名詞！
