New Announcements
This year we've seen an increased number of exciting international acts coming to Taiwan, and that continues with announcements by Kraftwerk, Blur, Delphic, Christopher Owens (of Girls fame), Providence, Merzbow, as well as the return of a GigGuide fave, Ken South Rock. We hope you've been penny-pinching!

Weekend Highlights
This weekend alone holds so much awesomeness that I'm struggling to figure out how best to catch as many shows as I can.

Here's my schedule;
Tonight (Fri): I'll be catching Canadian electro-pop songstress Grimes' set at The Wall before dashing to Revolver to see these fantastic local acts; She Bang-a, Macbeth and Roxymoron. Sadly it'll be Roxymoron's last ever show in Taiwan as they're moving back to the UK. I hope we can give them the send-off they deserve. I'm really gonna miss those fellows!

Tomorrow (Sat): Japanese electro/new-wave acts Polysics and The Telephones play at The Wall, while nearby at Pipe there's an epic 8-band lineup of punk/noise/screamy bands - V/ACATION and OFFICE VOIDS from Japan, with locals InhumanBand, Sleaze, Touming Magazine, Children Sucker, Until Seeing Whale's Eyes and Wayne Is So Sad. It's a tough decision, but my money's going with the show at Pipe.

Spring Scream
A quick reminder, Spring Scream is less than a fortnight away and this year there are an incredible 260 bands and DJs performing. It's always a fun time, and a great excuse to escape the city. Get down there! Oh, and have you checked out this year's awesome poster/tshirt design?! I love it!
